Warranty period
• The basic warranty is 2 years.
• Accessories are guaranteed for 2 months.
(Accessories include antennas, headphones, batteries, etc.)

Refunds and refunds

1. Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except for pre-orders and missing items).

The customer can cancel the order before it is sent.

A refund for reasons unrelated to defects (for example, they changed their mind, the size did not fit) is possible within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product has not been used, is not damaged and is stored in its original packaging.

2. If the return is made at the request of the customer, the cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Resending the product

1. If the package does not contain accessories or gifts (such as instructions, batteries, etc.), please contact our support team and we will send you the missing items.

Important: do not send the product back without prior approval.
Each refund must receive a Return Authorization Code and the correct address from Retekess.
After sending, specify the tracking number. This will speed up the refund processing and disbursement of funds.
